I'm a former special education teacher and founder of The Holland Guide. My journey into advocacy began at 8 years old when I met my best friends, Hannah and Meghan. Their friendship gave me my first glimpse into “Holland,” and it’s where my passion for inclusion and disability rights took root.

With degrees in both general and special education, and years of experience in the classroom, I’ve sat at the IEP table as a teacher, case manager, parent partner, and advocate. I believe that every child deserves access to a meaningful education in the least restrictive environment and parents deserve to feel confident, prepared, and supported throughout the process.

Through The Holland Guide, I help families navigate special education with clarity and compassion. Whether I’m attending IEP meetings, creating inclusive classroom tools, or offering guidance behind the scenes, I’m here to make sure your child’s needs stay at the center of every conversation.
