Student Centered Planning
Every student deserves a clear, personalized vision for their future. Through MAPs (Making an Action Plan) meetings, we help students, families, and educators work together to create a plan that reflects the student’s strengths, goals, and dreams. This process ensures that schools and service providers are aligned, creating a cohesive path toward the student’s success and growth. This service is recommended when your child is starting at a new school, transitioning to a new teacher, or entering a new stage of their education.
