Full Scope IEP Advocacy

Full Scope IEP Advocacy provides support throughout the entire IEP process, including record and evaluation review, strategic meeting preparation, virtual attendance at IEP meetings, and follow-up guidance. You will also develop a clear understanding of your rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), helping you feel confident and empowered in every meeting.

Services may include:

  • Attending IEP or 504 meetings to advocate for appropriate supports and services

  • Reviewing educational records, assessments, and current programming

  • Developing, reviewing, and refining IEP goals aligned to student needs

  • Drafting letters, requests, and communication to the school team

  • One-on-one parent coaching to build confidence and advocacy skills

  • Guidance on parent rights and navigating the IEP/504 process

  • Facilitating student-centered planning meetings (MAPs)

  • Referrals to trusted specialists or attorneys, if needed
